Scam. Robot voice threatened with a law suit filed by "internal revenue services" :) & asked to call back to "the department" :) I called several times; got a message that it was not a working number.
Synthesized voice left on voicemail mentioning filing a lawsuit (first part cut off.) Called back, it's the fake IRS tax scam, obvious from the background noise it was a large indian call center.
