Stop calling my phone I call back and there isn't even a ring

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!  TAKE IT FROM ME, I WORK FOR A LEGIT. COMPANY AND SOMEHOW THEY GOT IN THEIR SYSTEM I DON'T KNOW.  SCAMMED ME AND THEN FOUND OUT THEY ARE NOT DOING THIS JUST IN THE U.S. IT'S WORLD-WIDE.  NOW FBI INVOLVED.  
DON'T ANSWER CALL, PLEASE!

This number just called me, on my cell phone, telling me that they could drastically reduce my electric bill due to a law passed in NJ. I am also on the "do not call" list.

whoever this is calling,and the rest of you,I'm looking into harassment laws involving telephony.I know in the old days,if a number called you more than a few times,you simply called your phone company and they took care of it legally from there.also I think there's a way to sue if you're on the "do not call" list.i know certain telemarketers are exempt and can call you,even if you're on the list.but that's where the harassment charges pick up.even if they can call,it is still illegal for them to harass.plus like several before me stated, it is emotional distress seeing a number you don't know,and having to decide to risk picking it up in case it's a family member that needs help.if anyone already knows the law or where to report these a**holes please email me.let's work together to stop this.( [email protected])

Smarten up public--donot pick up and t hey will not call--they call because you stupidly answer---also if you are dumb enough to call back they will tell you to press 1 to be removed from the call list--wake up and sell the roses.
