Who called from 2014196547

I have been receiving calls from  this number (2014196547) for a while now but there is never any response.  They call my landline, they my cell phone and they call over and over one call after the other.
Tell me why no one call find out who this is and put a stop to this.  The telephone company can help with this problem. I am telling you it is disturbing.

Calls my home phone first, then immediately calls my cell phone.  I have no idea who it is.  They never leave a msg.

I get a call from this number several times a day. If I don't answer it does not leave a message, If I do, it is silence. Very frustrating

this number has called me twice today. I answered once with no response.

I get a call from this number at least 3X daily.  No one responds when I answer.  Whats the deal?
