this guy is stalking me and has possibly bugged my apt.  i think he had a key before i changed the locks.  maybe he used to live here?  i'm pretty sure he stays with the girl next door now, but he never leaves the apt.  has anyone else ever had a problem like this?  he called me after i'd called 911 after receiving death threats from him for days, but i hung up immediately.
