I received a text from this number about 30 min ago with the same text message.  I called the number back and it went to voice mail but it said that the voice mail has not been set up yet.

I did the reverse look up and it's a landmine phone in Rhode Island.  Probably some kid doing pranks.

Received the same text, same link, at 1:45PM.  If you google the link, they ae spraying hundreds of these same texts all over the place.
