I received this Spam/SMS Apr.5 2012 @ 2:49am
"Apple is looking for people to Test & Keep the New iPad 3! But only the 1st 1000 users that goto http://theipad3.mobi and enter code BETA will Receive it!".

This is illegal Phone behavior in my state. I am on the Do Not Call list as well. If and when I win, I am not contacted through TXT/SMS. This is a Scam, and/or Phishing behavior. Hence The ".mobi" to win?
