I couldn't understand this caller .
He was speaking in about 8 languages , or , he may have an <b>IQ of 30</b> , but it was clear that he was trying to rip me off
I was outside just a few seconds, but it was long enough for my phone to ring and my elderly mother to answer and be saying something about "Student loan? I don't understand." I told Mom to hang up, which she did immediately. No damage done except that answering such a call will generate a whole rash of calls from these <insert your favorite expletive here>, human viruses.
