I'm on the do not call list.

I called back and it was Discover Card.

SCAM ,SCAM,SCAM......CALLED DISCOVER AND THEY CONFIRMED THAT ITS NOT LEGIT......BE CAREFUL......CONFIRM EVERY SINGLE CALL MADE BY ANYONE OFFERING SERVICES ,FROM "YOUR BANK" OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY.............BE WELL

I just called discover and they said that it is a legit company from a third party vendor that works WITH discover.
