OMG!! I thought I was the only one getting these phone calls on my cell phone.This week they have called me a total of 68 times. I am so annoyed, I didnt answer the phone because I thought that they were creditors :( But I am definetly going to file a complaint!!
I seriously been getting calls from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Generally 2-5 calls throughout the day. I have picked up before even getting a chance to hear if someone was on the other end or to see if it were a recording...I pick up and tell then to put me on their call list!!! This has been going on for about 5 weeks and it's costing ME money!!! If touch any of the buttons on the outside of my cell phone it causes the display to blank (I'll never by a Kyocera again) so I don't know who is calling... When I pick up I get nailed for the air time and long distance... I am calling my provider on Tuesday to see if they can block this number--if they can't then I am going to demand that all charges to my phones from 201-430-2605 be reversed until the end of time...
HI I just reported this number to both PhoneBusters (RCMP Canada) and to the FTC (complaint #23951092). Please do the same.
If you call the FTC I would opt to not let the computer know it is a phone related problem so that you can speak with a human--If you are in Canada this seems to be the only way you can register your complaint as the FTC doesn't computer seems to not recoginize Canadian phone numbers.
I got called from this number aslo... if they are calling your cell and you have verizon you can block them . ether call verizon to see if you have this feature (if you don't they can set it up) . it is under safe guardon your online account under spam control. i hope thi helps... and if you don't have verizon see if your carrier has his option it is great
They keep calling me and I have never answered the phone, nor never left my number to call me at. I really wish there was a way to block a number on the iphone, or with AT&T. And so to fix things myself, I finally had to create a silent ring tone and add the number to my contact list and set the special ring tone for that contact to SILENT. And so they can call all they want I simpy will never hear the phone ring.
