Definitely a spoofed number for a scam. The number was previously issued to a small LLC named Ba Handyman. It appears currently listed to a person named "Wanda Anderson" in Ridgefield, NJ.
Definitely a fake call designed to trick people into answering the phone when they see a legal sounding name like Anerson Kemp. There is no such business!. Do not answer calls that you did not initiate. If a legitimate person or business wants to reach you, they will eave you a message.
