Who called from 2014481566

Just received an email notice that I am going to be taken to court due to non-payment of some 480.76 due to check fraud, theft bg deception and violation of federal banking violation if not paid i'll have a Warrant of execution seizure of all property.

I got the same email in my spam folder for the same amount

I also have the same email.. email notice that I am going to be taken to court due to non-payment of some 480.76 due to check fraud, theft bg deception and violation of federal banking violation if not paid i'll have a Warrant of execution seizure of all property.

It went into  my spam folder..    same amount..   same message..            How do they know who I am if they don't say my name or number or any information..???      I think its spam.

My doesn't say a name of who the email is to it says dear debtor it was in my spam folder

I received the same email to my spam folder saying I owe the same exact amount. From a Daniel Andrews. Email says "Dear Debtor". Obviously a scam
