A female-voiced robot calling from ENHANCED RECOVERY COMPANY! My old friends who call and call and call, except it's always been a male robot and from another number! This must be a new number they're spoofing as I seem to be the first one posting. The female-voiced robot directs me to call 800 565 1368 (AS IF!) and provide them with the following reference number: 113383110, a different phone number and ref number than the ones they use when a male robot voice (he sounds a little like Stephen Colbert) calls.
No idea who they think we are or how they got this number, we do not owe anyone any money. This is obviously fishing, just a way to get our personal info; a lot of people get irate when accused of being a deadbeat and are more than happy to give everything up to and including their social security number to prove their accuser wrong.
BTW, caller ID says "Weehawken, NJ", which is odd because we've gotten a lot of recent call & hang-ups from that ID, but from a different phone number, and that phone number is 201 448-8067. According to someone on "Whocallsme", another site like this one, "The calls are coming from a National Marketing Company in Hoboken New Jersey, from the number 201-448-3973. How do I know? I called the number from my private line. They have a message stating that you can be taken off their "list" if you leave your number. Of course, their message box is full." Obviously these guys have many scams. Funny how nobody in the govt seems to be able to shut them down.
