They will never quit. They are located in India and use a scanner to generate a bogus phone number that they use for a while. They aren't actually in NJ, nor anywhere else in the US. You can continually tell them to eff off, tell them you hope their children get cancer and slowly die, tell them you are going to off them...it doesn't matter, they will continue. The best thing to do is just hang up. After a few dozen times they will get the picture and stop calling so often, but they will never stop altogether. Good luck.
