Just sick of these calls, over and over again for years, I had enough and started calling this awful company back each time to demand they remove me from their system. They claimed they did, but I still got calls, WEEKLY. So I filed a complaint with the NY BBB, using their Farmingdale address. Here is their response to the complaint:
"Our calling lists are all scrub against the national do not call registry. If for any reason the home owner claims to be on the list and we still have their info we remove the name from the list manually. In order to do so we need the customer to stay on the phone long enough to give their information this way it can removed manually. if the customer refuses to do so it makes it virtually impossible to do. I have the customer information now which was requested previously and have removed their contact information from our systems, and apologize for and inconvience."
So fi you are on the DNC registry and STILL get robocalls from them, file a complaint with the NY BBB. It will get the calls to YOU to stop. And maybe if the BBB gets inundated with complaints they'll tell the Do Not Call Registry to DO IT'S JOB!!!
