Just got a call from this number and it might be a political party caller who is using his or her cell phone to solicit your vote for the upcoming elections!!!

Hung up when I picked up the phone. I had been receiving a lot of political calls in these nature recent weeks. Hey! You want my vote? Speak up.
I called back but use *67 to block my number, got a weird recording too, " I am going to get you " or " I will get you" etc. Mailbox was full. I am a divorced woman who lost her job and about to lose her mind. Plenty of time in my hand, I will call this [***] on wee hour everyday. Unless he turned off his cell, or change his numbers. I will hunt you down because I am boring....
Hung up when I answered. Called back, got a weird message," I am going to get you"' and message box was full.
I suspected they are political survey call in these election months. Do speak up if you want my vote. I plan to call this number every morning at 5 am and unless he turned off this cell or change numbers.
I have a lot of free minutes and plenty of time.
Cool! Keep calling. I just got a call with a hang up too. When I returned the call, "I'm going to get you." It was in a weird voice too. Like you, I got message box full.
