Otherwise, they're calling you in response to your request, therefore, the call is exempt under the Do Not Call.
No, actually, companies must give you a clearly defined "opt-in" box to "check" online - they can't bury it in small type, because this is now a violation of the DNC.
I've received six calls/messages from this number in the past two hours. Ridiculous. I never gave them permission to call me and I refuse to return their calls. I will be blocking the number.
