Is there any reason why you are asking someone to publicly post their phone number, for the world to see?  What is your motivation?

He wants to add it to the list of numbers he calls to scam people.

I used those tactics, and the number of unwanted calls to my phone line dropped. But the third week of July a new barrage of scammer phone calls began. With millions of phone numbers to call, the low-budget scammers can't dial very many phone calls every day, so every unanswered call is at least 20 seconds they can't scam someone calling from a particular phone number.

I have been getting these phone calls on and off with the North Jersey 201 area code. They have been calling me and my family from Cliffside Park, Leonia, and Jersey City.
