Calls and calls but never leaves a message. No answer when I call back

Calls and calls everyday. When I answer a woman is on the other line and hangs up. When I call back it says "This mailbox is full and cannot accept any new messages at this time."
I'm not sure if it is a sales call or something else.

Keeps calling- I can hear someone on the line, but then hangs up. When I call back it says "Mailbox full"

Just called me and heardsomeone ask if I wanted to beat somebody up and what their address was

I have gotten 3 calls from this number on my cell phone.  No one is on the other line.
