Got a call from this number stating it was a debt collection and that I owe for a phone from 2003 and I need to set up a payment plan to repay this debt.  I don't owe for any phone from 2003 and if that was the case the (SOL) Statute of Limitations is over it becomes a roll off from your credit.  I don't have any such report on my credit report.  I think this is another scam trying to bullying people who don't know no better. You can send a cease and desist letter  http://www.cardreport.com/laws/fcra/fcra.html. So if anyone receive's a call similar to this you can apply this action.
