Called wanting to pre-qualify us, then set up an appointment for a "local" solar power company to come out & do the hard sell. Claimed that since they aren't actually selling, but qualifying us & setting up an appointment, DNC doesn't apply to them. However, he called on my cell phone & there was no company name shown on ID, so if they aren't actually scammers, they're extremely shady!
