Recieved this phone call on my cell from a spanish speaking female at 9 am this morning. I have NO idea whats shes saying and I live in Texas!

daily spanish speaking female call; The marketing schleps don't dial the calls and don't know how to stop them. This sounds like the technology of US Patent 4941172: Preprogrammed autodialer and related process

This number has called my cel phone FOUR times already today - they don't leave a message but when I answer, they speak Spanish.

I also have been recieving phone calls from this number.  Approximately 1-2 a week for the last 3 months.  I would really like them to stop but am not quite sure what to do.

Numerous calls, person spoke spanish.
