agreed. I've got to believe Michael Dell would be ticked off if he knew they "harrassed" his clients that pay on time. I NEVER will finance a computer through DFS again.
Constantly calls and when I answer they hang up. I hate Dell!! They start calling the day before the payment is due and call two-three times a day until they get the payment even though we've never, ever missed a payment.
I'm so glad to hear you say that. I've been having the same experience. Had the most frustrating call with them on Friday. They act as if they are a collection agency and I've never missed a payment - even set up with their auto pay system.
