I get 4-6 calls a day from this number. I'm not picking it up. I don't owe anyone any money. I googled the number at it came up as some Eric guy at NBC's Major League Baseball dept. Sounds like BS to me.

It's NBC's MLB! It's Chase Bank credit card collections dept.
They are spoofing their number to make it look like a call from the MLB website.

Looks like Chase has most likely paid them to set a bogus page using this weblink:
http://m.mlb.com/network/contact-us/ (the telephone contact info on this page is for Chase Bank)
The contact information is completely different on the two pages.
