FINALLY, I found out who it is!!!! It's Salute Visa, calling to report that if I mailed in a payment, it didn't get to them due to THEIR PROCESSING ERROR. I got this in a letter several days ago. Salute & Tribute are the ones who sent out these letters. GLAD TO KNOW who it is, FINALLY! Here's the post I left previously. Again, Salute Visa calling to report that they screwed up if I mailed in a payment.
Called them back- some cheesy music. Message in a weird voice requesting that I kindly stay on line (?!), and thanked me for calling. States that all representatives are handling other customers, my call is valuable to them, and to keep holding, or dial 1 to leave a msg and have them call me back. Like hell! This number keeps calling me... I want to know who it is! I stayed on hold for about 5 mins. I'll try again later.
That makes sense. I got the same letter and the same call, but thing is........... my payment isn't due until Novemeber !!!! Why are they calling me???
