Caller had heavy accent and I could not understand the name of the company but as soon as he started his " higher education" spiel I told him we were on the DNC list and hung up. Filed the form on the government site but think no one is actually checking it...I have started to put in "do not answer" on the caller ID for these calls -at least they don't catch me off guard...
i JUST ANSWER THE PHONE.. THEY GET TWO WORDS.. AND I CUT THEM OFF SAYING REMOVE ME FROM YOUR CALLING LIST..

BLOCK IT! Your cell phone provider can BLOCK a number so that you can never recieve a call from that number. Not sure about other providers but with Verizon I can easily do it online.
Well, I was out on business with leaving my phone in the car. Once I approached my car and checked my phone is showed that I had a missed call from phone number (beginning with a +) +2015209341 but, did not call the number back. In the same day a couple hours later I received this call from this number again. However, I did answer the call. Well first it took a minute for the party to speak, but once she spoke. She talked and had a foreign accent with asking for my name. Of course, I said that he wasn’t available so I asked, who this is, where are you calling from: Stated calling in behalf of my funds (in so many words). So then she asked if I wanted to "further my education." I said NO!!!!!! I have a degree and hung up.
