Who called from 2015209603

Tired of getting these calls, I am on a limited calling plan and do not want to get these calls. How do I stop them?

instead of continuing to read all these messages doesnt anyone no who to talk to about these guys.

I got a call from this number and some jack [***] from India  was trying to sell online schools. i kept telling hime i did not want to do a online school and he kept saying the word online so I hung up on him.

Just leave them a message. They will asked you to press 2 for "do not call list). Trust me, that 2 won't work. Press 1 "to further your education" which will give u an answer machine. Then you can leave them a nasty message not to call you again. They have been calling me at least 5 times a day no message. I just called and left them a nasty message
