Just called at 1043AM. Caller ID said CLIENT SUPPORT. It's the old robocall scam with the recorded female voice saying that there is nothing wrong with your credit, but you may be eligible for a credit card interest rate reduction to as low as 6%. Will block if they call again.
Same group of folks. This time calling the company Platinum Rewards Company with a New Jersey phone number. They always have a heavy Asian accent, and their method is to just keep talking over you. Same scam: you've earned a $100 gift card. All you need to do is provide a credit card number to pay the small shipping fee of $4.99. These folks are criminals and a nuisance.
When I received the called this morning I just dropped the called... but a while later I see that I have a voice mail when I checked it was the same number but my phone had automatically identified it as possible spam caller... I immediately blocked it
