Same complaints as the others. Several calls weekly. Am also on the "do not call list". Fortunately our phone allows me to block chosen numbers and thus the phone only rings once and that's it. But it still is really annoying.
They called me about free government grants, then wanted me to pay for shipping. I told them the odds of the govt giving me a grant was abut zero- that I was not interested. I was polite, but firm. Since then they have called me abut every 5 minutes, and hang up when I answer. I put my number on their do not call list- they called anyway. I tried to speak to a customer service rep- or supervisor- like others have said- it's a loop and I have to keep dialing it in again and again. All I can tell for sure is that my calls are coming out of Hudson Bay area- but sounds more like it's one of those "out sourced to India" businesses.
I've received calls from this number approx every 10 minutes or so for the past few days. I haven't tried to answer personally because I don't answer calls I don't recognize. However, when my answering machine picks up they hang up immediately. It's getting a bit frustrating to receive these calls every night.
This number kept calling me, sometimes only a minute in between each call and sometimes ten minutes. They said that had something to do with government grants the one time I answered but then I called the number back and was able to get my name off of their calling list.
I have received 14 calls from this number just today alone, i have called them back as well and was able to take my number off the calling list. Lets hope this works....
