IRS Scam robo call threatening lawsuit and to call the number above. First off the IRS does not operate this way and never makes robo calls and recipients will receive a bill via regular U.S. Mail and they never make cold calls to taxpayers. So this is a Phishing scam. Do not fall for it, report it to the IRS, and to the proper authorities, but do NOT return the call to the scammers. This IS NOT a legitimate company

Computer voice stating the IRS was going to file a law suit. Never mentioned whom they were looking for or why. P.S. The IRS sends out notices via mail. This is a scam.
Have had this number and 3 other calls with SAME EXACT robo message all from different "states" - 201-535-4251 - NJ; 540-724-1259 - VA; 509-588-7312 - WA; 315-277-2295 - NY. Calls over 3-day period this week. Unbelievably aggressive campaign! SCAM!
