Who called from 2015354977

This not in service number called my landline last night but got caught after one ring by my call blocker.

Caller ID was "Bayonne NJ."  Presumed telemarketer.

Here's a new twist.  The telephone number appeared on my caller ID box prefixed with a "1."  That's not supposed to happen.  There was no caller ID name.

The caller ID says "Bayonne NJ" and there have been other numbers calling with that name. Blocked this one too.
