getting these calls, usu early in a.m. know no one in this area. picking up a voice says hello but no response to my response. likely telemarketers or worse.
What has happened to the telephone service we used to know? I don't answer half the calls that come to my land line phone because I don't know anyone in New Jersey or New York or Washington D.C. or Florida or California, etc. that I have any business with. The other calls I do answer are from numbers I do know and would like to talk to. What would I do without Caller ID? I am sorry that I have to screen all calls coming to my phone…and even to my cell phone. What is the point of all these calls…do they do any good for anybody?????
