It's 11-22-10 and I started getting the same calls as "Bia". I was just checking my messages and I ran into a heavy accented person saying the exact same thing. "Please have your lawyer call us! It is very important! Whatever happens to you from now on because you are not returning our calls, is all in your hands. We wish you good luck and God Bless!" So, naturally I call and freaked out by that time. The man says his name is James Smith. That kinda threw me off, cuz I've never known anyone from India or Pakistan w/accent to have such an American name. Still the guy was very convincing, but couldn't get in a word. He was saying that I'm gonna get arrested at work or home and taken to court. He wanted me to send a fax authorization letter with my info and stating that I want to settle out of court. I started to cry thinking that I had forgotten to pay of a loan. Thank God for my boss. She saved me from sending anything. She asked a friends lawyer and he directed her to a website about these jerks! She called me back and told me about it. DON'T LISTEN TO THEM! The idiot called me 4 more times on my cell and once at work. All I have to say is you better ask for forgiveness before you die. This is the meanest thing ever!
keep getting calls from these "heavy accented" individuals (India or Pakistan, who knows?)...anyways they call about 3 to 4 times a day on my cell phone and work phone. Can't understand a word they say, especially when they can't even pronounce my name. They are now "threatening" me with words like, "whatever happens from now on because you are not returning our calls, is all in your hands. we wish you good luck and may God bless." Of course, they are yelling this all at me. Have no idea why they're calling or where they even got my phone numbers. one of my Facebook friends said they got the numbers off her FB profile. i'm calling T-mobile to change my cell phone number and gonna try to have their number block from my phone at work. these guys are ridiculous, especially when they try to talk heavy and mean. it's hilarious...!!!!!

Every day keep this number keeps calling and not leaving messages, I called back and theyhad an automated voice message saying to hold on. They put me on hold for more than 10 minutes.
Got a call from "John Mayer" at "LLC Law" asking for one of our employees. This is the same method and accent as calls we recieved from (213)992-2047. From a "Lisa Davis". Heavy Indian or Pakistani accent. They said it is about a law suit. Different law firms on all calls but the same method. Phishing.
