this number is defiantly a scam. The say there name is Max Morris with Brooks and associates and working for the Texas Attorney general. He clams to be out of new jersey and representing cash Advance loans. Knows all of my personal info and wont give me any papers or info other then this. He says I am being charged with 3 felony counts and this man does not realize that there is due process. He has an Indian accent. The last one that tried this was quoting England Parliament laws to me.
I have also been getting the same calls. Stating that I have 3 felony charges against me. Speaking in an indian voice. He also called my work place and left a voicemail on my work with the same messagem isn't that illegal? I'm going t the police station and reporting him. Because that's very embarassing to me and my bosses had to hear it. He left a numbe which is 805-633-6782. I called it and it was an invalid number. he can't do that t innocent people trying to make a living everday. Working hard. I'm very angry. Why would someone do that. I think we should all file a lawsuit against him. I'm going to talk to my unlce who is a lawyer. This mother f****er needs to stop! ASAP!
omg they called my woek phone 2 times and I didnt answer so they called my personal cell and left a message " this is officer kevin Foster, of the crime unit and this call is to inform you that a complaint is filed is against you and you are the prime suspect, please call back or a warrant for your arrest, again this in inteded to anna and send a team of officers to your house to take you to court"
When they called my other cell I answered and told them to stop calling me that I am calling the police. They are impersonating police officers now. Next time I will tell them I am from the attorney generals office. Thats what they used to say. I am on the do not call list but once you register your phone number on anything, it goes off I can change my personal cell but not my work. grrrrrrrrr
This same thing keeps happening at our place of business for one of our employees. I asked for the phone number to call back and got some Mark Morris guy who coincidentally has the same last name as the original caller Max Morris. The guys number is (323) 832-8360. I told him that I would start calling him and harassing him on a daily basis as he does our business. What a bunch of low lifes! Anyone on here who is upset, feel free to blow up this number all throughout the day. I told him I would and the little punk said go ahead he is available 24 hours a day.
A guy that says his name is kevin foster hes with brooks& associates hes an attorney and there has been 3 criminal charges filed upon me and if i dont cotact him officers will come and arrest me from my place of work.
Exact same issue as santandra. Repeated calls from this number day and night threatening to arrest me if I don't address the supposed lawsuits, none of which they cannot provide documentation for. Name of the "agent" changes each time they call, although it sounds like the exact same person. Not to sound racist, but I really doubt this company really has 43 different Indian or Pakistani guys named "John Smith", or "Kevin Jones", or something else so generically American. Totally bogus and infuriating.
