Gotten several call from this number the last two days, leaves no message

I have gotten two calls from this number in the last two days and they have not left a voicemail. I assume it is spam.

I recieved 2 calls from this number  I called back it seems like a survey but I have no idea survey for what anyway I blocked the number

Public opinion survey about politics. Called me a few days in a row so I answered. He asked me a few questions and once I said I wasn't likely to vote for congress and senate he said that was all the questions he had for me.
