Called at 08:50 a.m. 13 Mar 13. Caller ID said "Unavailable." Left no message on my answering machine. Is it not law that no calls from any service, even those permitted by the Do Not Call criteria, cannot be made before 09:00 in the morning?
I think it is 8:00am>. My phone rung at 8:03. I have home phone with Timewarner and figured out how to block up to 30 numbers from calling. they are the first on my list. They call just about every morning by 8:30am.
