Keeps calling and threatenin me and he says that his name is James Braun or James Brown. Says I will be arrested for a pay day loan in which I have not ever taken out.
i took out a loan with money mutual for $150 i already paid them $100, i only owe $50 plus interest but they have people calling me from a private # sayen i owe 2000 & they are going to supena me for court

In the meantime, you are going to have to do whatever you can to protect yourself. That includes letting them know they are running a scam and are reporting them to the authorities.
I received from a different number but when reverse search of number it leads to this same site. The number is (201)564-9550. When you call the number back it disconnects. They had a different approach with me and stated that I qualified for a loan for up to 185,000 by just simply answering a page of questions over the telephone. BEWARE; Continued SCAM!!
