Got a call twice, back to back. The first one I rejected and the second I answered. The Arab guy on the other end of the line asked for me. I told him that was me then started to ask why call right back when I rejected the first call? He hung up and when I tried to call back it's conveniently a disconnected Verizon number!
I have been getting calls from these people for about two weeks. They tell me they are "medical claims officers," but won't say for which state. Tonight I decided to find out what they wanted. It sounded like they were trying to find people who might have had claims against medical device manufacturers, and of course they would need personal information. I have told them/asked them to stop calling. They don't.
