Vancouver, Washington. 3 calls so far today and it's only 12:00pm (noon)!! I haven't answered and they haven't left any message.

It's called 'LipoSlim' and it is a total scam.  You should be able to program your phone to block this number > 201-574-1010  I just did that.  I am in British Columbia.
