Who called from 2015828063

Called twice in 10 minutes, no message either time.

Got a voicemail yesterday, regarding lowering my rate.  Of what, I don't know because I assume their recording started before my voicemail started recording.  "This will be our final call and your last opportunity"  Really?  Because I have the EXACT SAME message from you today, only from it was received from phone number 706-391-8309.

Called at 10:03 AM and again at 1:50 PM. I did not answer and there was no voice mail. I suspect it is either a scam or telemarketer - either way I am blocking this number - thanks for the previous posts.

I've received this exact same call 7 times now, but from a different # each time. Area codes from all over the country (NY, TX, VA, MO).
