Who called from 2015838421

Caller ID = "NEW JERSEY." Called at 6:35 AM, woke me up, left no message.

Caller ID Union City, New Jersey - called at 7am PST, no message.

Called me twice,  left no message.   I called and number out of service.

just got this .. again .. 4 rings, no message, calls again ..
This has to be yet another scammer (Because it just says New Jersey on Caller ID)

Got this call on 2/16/17. Caller did not want to answer my greeting. I forced a reply by saying I didn't have a lot of time. Caller then tried to make like a law firm concerning "Blood Thinners". I told him that I didn't know what he was talking about, and he called the wrong house about this. Caller sounded like he was from Calcutta or Bombay, India.
