keep getting calls in CA constantly and they call at all hours, pain in the [***]. AT&T will not help with blocking the damn number either

I am ready to rip the phone out of the wall.  They have been calling every day many times.  I'm on the "do not call" list and still get these calls.  There should be a way to stop these people.

I keep getting calls several times a day from this number but nobody is there when I answer...getting very annoyed by this.
