Go to your State Attorney General, online and file a complaint.
In Florida you should contact the State Attorney General. Be Brief and Professional. I complained about one source of unwanted calls and it was stopped within a very short time span (1 or 2 weeks)

The people at Canadia Pharmacy calll all times of the day trying to get me to buy their products. I have told them time and time again to leave me alone and they keep calling.
