Called my cell phone (I don't answer unknown numbers) and hung up.

Called my phone this morning, rang twice then stopped. Didn't pick it up because the number said Union City, NJ. I'm assuming it's a telemarketer or robocall er.

It barely rang even once and it did it twice immediately after each other. No message left. This was on my cell. It was about 1:50 on a Wednesday afternoon.

1 ring and a hangup.  Sounds like a setup.  Blocking number now.
