Call came from 1 201 354 2064 it was the same scam, wanting me to confirm coverage information for pain creme that the insurance company ordered. If I was a bit older and little bit more out of it, I can just see myself falling for this scam. It is no wonder why our insurance rates are so high and just keep growing.
