Who called from 2016043898

This number has called my home several times.

Got a call from this number, showed up as "Jersey City" on my caller ID.  Let it go to VM.  The message was 20 seconds of background noise, sounded like a call center of some sort (maybe telemarketing).  No actual message left by the caller.

Same here. Called twice in a row. Message with background noise like you said. I have no clue who it is.
