Who called from 2016044148

Inaudible message when I called back. Something about a survey.

Scam don't answer

Received a miss call from this number. Tried to return but the number doesn't ring audibly and eventually goes to a voice mailbox.

I have same experience yesterday someone called from this number when I called back no ring.seems some scammer.

I got it too, it's got to be a scam. It's so frustrating.
