Who called from 2016044184

Got a phone call from this number. No message left.

Didn't answer, but when called back the recording said the survey was over

I got the same thing... it's the same damn recording for about 100 different scam calls from different numbers.

This call came to the office. It was a recording claiming that I "stayed at one of their resorts in the past and am now eligible for a free cruise to the Bahamas." It's likely a scam.

Checked here, didn't answer, looks like its cruise spam
