This is a very deceptive robo-sales call. It sounds like a real person, even responding to questions. However, this is just a screening-bot to send you onto a sales person, and there is conveniently no way to request to be removed from the call list. The fact that robots can call your mobile phone, with no way to remove is infuriating!

Called fake robot lady hotel scam. Next time you get a call from what you suspect to be a robot ask them a math question. "What is 3 + 3?" A "real person" would answer 6 or "why are you asking me a math question? A robot will usually just keep talking as this scam robot did.
