They refused to send me information in writing, refused to give me the number for headquarters.

same as above, asked for me by name - in broken english- said something about lawsuit and a firm name- didn't catch it though.

guy called me 7 times in 10 mins on my cell and 4 times at work in same time period.   Guys name was Roger Burnett  but sounded indian.   well guess what,  they did the same thing using a diferent phone number to many others.    heres a link to it on this site...   he used the same name but different phone number.  It is a scam.  contact FBI and FTC  if he calls you.

they are doing the same thing but now it's a girl who calls but then she transfers you to the guy but when asked who iafter you they hang up.
