Caller ID says BAYONNE NJ , calls multiple times a week made by a robo-caller program

Call rings breathing 30 second wait hang up.

This is not the first call.

Called this afternoon.  Let voice mail pickup, a rather thuggish voice asked for my mother by first name and hung up.

Call no message. Collections is my guess

Caller I.D. has this number and "Bayonne NJ". I picked it up and he claimed to be calling on behalf of Verizon.
